At the Lucy Dowd Law we will assist you in every step of the estate administration process, beginning with the initial probate and ending with final distribution of assets. Our goal is to make the process as simple for you as possible.

We take the time to explain all the steps of the process and make our client aware of what our office will handle. We do our best to create a timeline and provide an estimate of how long the estate administration process will take. 

To make your experience as simple as possible, Lucy Dowd Law prepares all of the required tax returns, estate accounting and filings required by the tax authorities and the Register of Wills. We use the latest estate administration software to streamline the process in order to keep your costs down.
What to bring to your Initial Consultation:

• Original Will
• Death Certificate
• Decedent's Bank Account Statements
• Decedent's Brokerage Account Statements
• Most recent Real Estate Tax Bill for any real property owned by decedent
• Last 3 years of Income Tax Returns
• Names & Addresses of all beneficiaries under the Will
• Check to pay Probate Fees
